Our shaykh, Sayyid Salih al-Ja’farī is becoming more known in the West, largely through his poetry. However, not much is known about the shaykh’s spiritual path and its methodology.
This book is a collection of information about the spiritual path of Shaykh Salih al-Ja’farī, known as: al-Ṭarīqa al-Ja’farīyya al-Aḥmadiyya al-Muḥammadiyya (named after Shaykh Salih al-Ja’farī, Shaykh Ahmad ibn Idrīs and our master Muhammad ﷺ, respectively).
This manual has been designed with the new aspirant and student on the path in mind, but can be a source of information for those merely interested in a high level view and introduction to the spiritual path of shaykh Salih. As such we tried to make this as comprehensive yet concise as possible to allow one to know what it entails to be a aspirant on this path.
Many of the chapters are translations from the book, Miftah al-Dukhul lil-Ṭariqa al-Ja’farīyya, written by Shaykh Abd al-Ghani b. Salih al-Ja’farī, the son and spiritual inheritor of Shaykh Salih.
